Your ALF jewelry is made of precious materials that can accompany you for years if treated with care. Make sure to:

-> PROTECT FROM WATER/CHEMICALS

Remove before showering, washing hands, applying perfume, or using sanitiser. For pieces with fur, avoid any liquid exposure.

-> KEEP THE PIECE SAFE

Store in its original box when not worn, and avoid friction, especially while travelling or exercising.

-> TAKE CARE OF IT 

Gently polish with a soft jewelry cloth to restore brilliance.

Each jewel will naturally evolve over time, becoming uniquely yours.

We offer both domestic and international delivery. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for France and 7–14 business days worldwide.

FREE RETURNS: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Each pre-order piece is individually handcrafted, reflecting the meticulous pace of artisanal creation. Please allow approximately 2 months for your order to be made and prepared. This timeline ensures every detail meets the highest standards of ALF’s craftsmanship before it reaches you.
