ALF Jewelry was born from a simple but powerful desire: to create jewelry that transcends trends and resonates universally. Each piece is designed to bring back a sense of joy, individuality, and connection in a world that often pulls us away from our true selves.
Handcrafted in France
Every ALF Jewelry piece is entirely handcrafted in France, from the initial moulding to the final stone setting. We work exclusively with noble materials – 925 sterling silver, 18ct gold vermeil, colorful enamel, and carefully selected gemstones. We also design bespoke creations.
This dedication to craftsmanship and noble materials ensures that each ALF piece is not only unique, but also built to stand the test of time. A creation to wear, treasure, and pass on.
What is gold vermeil?
Vermeil is a technique that applies a 5 microns layer of 18 karat gold (thickest possible) to a 925 solid sterling silver piece. This gives the lustre of gold on a quality piece that stands the test of time without the higher price tag of solid gold.
How to take care of your jewelry?
It can take days, sometimes months to make a single ALF piece. Your jewelry is made of precious materials of a very fine quality, meaning they can last a long time, but they can also scratch, break, and wear if not treated with care. Your piece won't stay new forever, but it can definitely remain beautiful as it will transform into your own with time. To keep it looking fabulous, follow these few tips:
-> protect from water/ chemicals: Remove jewelry before showering, washing hands, moisturising, hand sanitising or applying perfume. Especially for pieces with fur, any liquid is a NO-GO.
-> keep the piece safe: Store your jewelry in its supplied bow when not being worn, and prevent pieces from moving around, especially while travelling. Keep the pieces dry and avoid wearing them during workouts.
-> take care of it: To keep your jewelry looking good and shiny, you can gently clean the piece with a jewelry polishing cloth.
