Your ALF jewelry is made of precious materials that can accompany you for years if treated with care. Make sure to:

Remove before showering, washing hands, applying perfume, or using sanitiser. For pieces with fur, avoid any liquid exposure.

-> KEEP THE PIECE SAFE

Store in its original box when not worn, and avoid friction, especially while travelling or exercising.

-> TAKE CARE OF IT 

Gently polish with a soft jewelry cloth to restore brilliance.

We offer both domestic and international delivery. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for France and 7–14 business days worldwide.

We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify, pieces must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at paris@alfjewelry.com. If accepted, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Items returned without prior request cannot be accepted. For any questions, our team is always available at the same address.
